Is the NDAA for Fiscal Year 2012 in violation of US Constitutional Rights?

Even the White House has criticized sections 1021 and 1022. Obama said in his signing statement that he signed it into law because it provided for maintaining the US's interests abroad, but he still had deep reservations about these two sections. It passed 98-1 in the Senate. Makes you wonder, doesn't it... Side: Yes
