Bisexuality implies by it's very definition an attraction to two sexes and/or genders; normally assumed as male and female. Bisexuals are attracted to both males and females. Some bisexuals keep their label, though embrace the ideas met by pansexuality. Pansexuality implies (also by it's very definition, all) multiple sexes/genders to be attracted to. Pansexuals normally embrace the idea that they are "gender blind" and become attracted to someone regardless of their sex or gender. Side: Yes

A Poem, by Yours Truely "Bi and pansexuals are really the same thing you know, I know what I know for my Lord's book says so. Both identities are just code word for sinner, don't call me dumb, I have been blessed with knowledge and wisdom by God's true son!" said the arrogant Christian as he stuck up his nose. "Why don't these sexual deviants just do what they're told? The bible sets out rules, all of which we must follow, Otherwise you'll be tossed into the burning inferno! Ever since this great nation has rejected Christian piety Many heathens and heretics have plagued our society! With ungodly ideas, such as free thinking and acceptance, They've turned away from Yahweh, now viewing him with resentment!" Then the Christian thought of something he hadn't before, Maybe he was the true asshole after all. Side: Yes

No there is not. Pan means all Bi means two there are only two genders therefor bisexuals and pansexuals are the same thing pansexuals like to argue that they are more open to bisexuals but honestly that argument only shows that pansexuals feel they are "better" than bisexuals. but truly they are the same Side: No
No there is not. Obviously, I disagree. :) Pan means all Bi means two This I do agree with. there are only two genders This is incorrect. There are numerous genders, which are difficult to confirm due to gender being a mental identifier. However normally people mean there are only two sexes. This is also incorrect, there is at least one more sex; intersex. And it's arguable that there are more. therefor bisexuals and pansexuals are the same thing If there were only two genders or sexes, you'd be correct. pansexuals like to argue that they are more open to bisexuals Do you mean "more open than bisexuals"? but honestly that argument only shows that pansexuals feel they are "better" than bisexuals. but truly they are the same I don't think so. Surely some people think they're better than another comparative group. But I don't think pansexuals as an entirety believe this of themselves when mentioning being more open. In truth, someone who can only like certain fruits, have a limited or more closed choice selection. However someone who likes a great deal of different fruits are more open to those different selections. Side: Yes
