I personally do not practice being a vegetarian. I honestly couldn't imagine life without meat or meat products...but, I am sure their are people who grew up on worms and such which I could never eat. So, I am not sure if being a vegitarian is wrong, but I am not so shure being a carnivore is so wrong either. I guess it is ok to practice either but not to force either.

Side: Right

Vegetarianism is neither right nor wrong, it is just a harmless lifestyle, those that choose it do for varying reasons, from a dislike of it's taste, to feeling they couldn't support the slaughter of living creatures for their food. No position in this debate is more right than the other, besides the fact that it's healthier to have a balanced diet, so nutritionally speaking one should reside in the middle ground.

Killing livestock is not animal cruelty and not eating meat isn't going to make you sick.

I can't believe you actually just copied addltd's argument word for word.

As a vegetarian, I might be somewhat biased. I think that is definitely right for me- I'm a life long veggie, and have never regretted it. It's wonderful to have an ethical, healthy diet, and I've found that my meals are more creative than non-vegetarian friends, since we don't have a staple central point like meat.

i dont find anything wrong in being a vegetarian... everyone has a choice in food..they choose not to eat meat and dairy products...i actually find that normal...they are healthy people and aint nothin wrong with them

Personally, vegetarians are exercising their rights for free will. They hold no harm for society, and regardless of their reasons, should never be focred to revert back to omnivorism.

In some aspects vegetarianism might be good, for health, for animal saving. But I think it again comes to personal choice. Some people cannot live without eating meat, others do not like meat at all. Vegetarian's diet contains such things like proteins, iron, zinc, vitamins, which also useful for health. I can't say that it is wrong, but it is again personal choice of every person, so that it is tour right to decide weather vegetarianism goood or bad, right or wrong.

Side: Right

In my opinion vegetarianism is un-natural and fucking stupid because of a little thing called The Food Chain - something we are on top of ... anyways, in saying that it is the persons choice to have a lower immune system, so whatever; I'm indifferent.

We're not slaves to the food chain- by implying that we are, surely you're saying that basically, humans have no free will.

Meat is very tasty and healthy food. There is a lot of protein which is one the most important material in our body. Amount of protein in meat is much bigger that in plants. That is why many vegetarians are not healthy

Definately, being a vegetarian or a vegan is very bad for your health, even though you can get protein pills you miss out on all of the vitamins.
