So called women's empowerment is Identity politics pure and simple. It's a bunch of Progressive Feminists and Democrats using identity politics for votes and political fund raising. The Left does not care about women. They prove this when they try to force every public school to allow so called Transgender boys, who think they are girls, into our daughter's sports. They prove this while denying women the right to carry concealed weapons for protection against rapists, muggers, etc. As with all politics, the Left never knows when to stop. When the women's movement started, there were important issues such as the right to vote, right to work, protection from abuse, etc. etc. But as always, the Left never knows when to stop. Feminists kept pushing their radical No Restriction abortion agendas, forcing tax payers to pay to kill babies, etc. What the Left calls women's empowerment is paramount to child abuse.
