Your body is your temple and should be treated with the respect that God intended.

Sound in body, sound in mind may not apply 100% of the times but it's a pretty good dogma to follow.

Poisoning your body with alcohol, tobacco products, other drugs, junk food and not taking appropriate physical exercise is the lifestyle for useless shitheads who clog up hospital beds and waste the time of medical professionals who have to deal with their self imposed illnesses.

As the weak mined junkies, boozers and gobblers hobble around like the pathetic idiots they are they must feel aggrieved when they see others merrily 'hop- skipping' along able to enjoy the sights of God's wonders without being crippled with physical pain and the ensuing mental stress this causes.

My Christian message to those who are the architects of their own physical plight and mental disorders;- 'SLAP IT UP YE'.

Isn't it reasonable to consider your body sacred precisely because it gets you around in life?

Let's take religion and put it aside for a moment.

You only really get one body that you're born with, you should treat it with respect and be good to yourself. But just like any actual vehicle, it's less likely to rust out and die on you early on if you treat it with care and respect. Unless of course it's a bit of a lemon.

Your body is not "Godly" as the side's hyperbolic title claims, but it should be treated with respect. Think about the amazing processes your body undergoes daily for you to live. Such a complex system resulting in life. If that's not good enough it should be treated well so you can better enjoy your time on Earth and also so that you can have more time on Earth if nothing else.
