As Sean O'Casey said, ''the world is in a state of chassis''. The only thing is that Italy, followed by Spain, seems to be in a greater state of chassis than most other nations. Italy is the epicentre of the epicentre.. In Italy a large % of the workforce is paid in cash and that relieves them and their employers from paying their just and lawful taxes.. The downside is that as these 'ghost employees' are not officially registered and therefore do not appear on official government records so they do not receive any unemployment or benefit payouts in times such as these. Be sure your sins will find you out. To many evading paying tax is clever way of stealing, it's great until you're found out. Side: Sad
