I think LOST is the worst pseudo intellectial drivel ever invented. It mixes just about every kind of mysticism, from buddism to DanteĀ“s inferno, into an non-coherant soup just to be able to make more and more cliffhangers to keep you watching. It is obvious that the writers had no Idea where they where heading when they started. The show has no substance. Scientolgoy is a mix of about every kind of mysticism there is as well (from western magick to eastern mysticism) and Is a non coherant pseudo intellectual drivel as well, and keeps asking more and more questions so as to lure people to waste more money on courses. The explination for lost is not to be found watching the show. The explination is that J J Abrams learnt well from his master: Hubbard Side: yes

Don't watch Lost. I laugh at the storylines when I'm told about them. However, I suppose it could explain it, in a way - from what I'm told. My cousin thinks it's a parallel universe. I think that it is an experiment in collective dreaming, with the characters as guinea pigs - but then again, I've never seen it. Side: yes
