Why should they? Children can choose what will they eat. If they decide to eat junk food, they'll eat it outside school if it's banned in it. You can't stop them from eating it, you can only teach them why shouldn't they. Maybe they won't want it then. But if they do, nothing can be done about it. Side: no

I wouldn't say banned. I would say it shouldn't be served or sold at school but it's a stretch to "ban" it. The difference being that if it was banned, you wouldn't be able to bring it to school. That's going too far. So, like I said, I think the schools shouldn't support it but that's different from banning it. Side: no
