Libs claim they hate the 1% while...loving the 1%... Yes, you make a solid observation Bronto--there is quite some cognitive dissonance at work. Also, note, the Celebrity figures that tend to promote "progressive" redistribution of wealth and argue that society spoils the top few at the expense of the many certainly don't seem to complain when their huge salaries come in (why don't they take a significantly lower pay if these are their true views instead of buying extravagant mansions, a multiplicity of luxury vehicles, ect. ect.?). They are breathtaking hypocrites, and the public (that you invoked) tends to go along with it as though there is nothing out of sorts with that picture Side: It's true

Yes, you make a solid observation Bronto--there is quite some cognitive dissonance at work Lmao. He made a sweeping attack against all liberals which he "backed up" by posting five photographs of celebrities. The things you write are such a joke. Also, note, the Celebrity figures that tend to promote "progressive" redistribution of wealth and argue that society spoils the top few at the expense of the many certainly don't seem to complain when their huge salaries come in. They are breathtaking hypocrites What a thoroughly irrational, unoriginal and childish attack this is. Do you honestly believe that, because society is capitalist and forces people to behave in certain ways -- such as going to work and earning money -- those people are therefore hypocrites for going to work and earning money? By this same fascist logic we should be disgusted with African slaves for complaining about slavery while they eat their master's bread. I mean, it's just absolutely horrifying. How can you possibly be so thoroughly dishonest and immoral that you attack people for things they have no control over? Your argument is literally: I'm forcing you to live in this system therefore you are a hypocrite if you criticise it. Side: But but...

By this same fascist logic we should be disgusted with African slaves for complaining about slavery while they eat their master's bread They aren't "eating master's bread". They are master. I mean seriously? Bill Gates is logically obligated to take another billion dollars worth of "master's bread" in order to not starve? Bwahahahahahaha! Yes, yes. I looked in the dictionary. It is fascist to point out that Oprah and Gates are worth a hundred billion dollars. You are correct...... Side: It's true

Do you honestly believe that, because society is capitalist and forces people to behave in certain ways -- such as going to work and earning money -- those people are therefore hypocrites for going to work and earning money Claiming you support liberal policies and then hoarding billions upon even more billions is hypocrisy that is beyond the pale. Libs hating the 1%, then praising people who are billionaires that are creating ways to make even more billions is mindless doublethink beyond logical comprehension. Side: It's true

He made a sweeping attack against all liberals which he "backed up" by posting five photographs of celebrities. You make sweeping attacks against all americans and all conservatives every day, and the photos are of one percenters that liberals praise for virtue signaling when they are all lying technocrats and power hungry greedy corporate globalists. The things you write are such a joke. Shut up you neo nazi halfwit idiot! those people are therefore hypocrites for going to work and earning money? No, they are the corporate elite who you hate so much, they are the ones social engineering and benefiting from croney capitalism, but you excuse them because they are promoting liberalism. That makes both you and them hypocrites. Side: It's true

"why don't they take a significantly lower pay if these are their true views instead of buying extravagant mansions, a multiplicity of luxury vehicles, ect. ect.?). They are breathtaking hypocrites" The real answer to your question, of course, is that they're imperfect people. There is something to be said, however, for the notion that it's still pissing into the ocean. Now of course, it wouldn't just be pissing into the ocean for whatever hypothetical marginalized people might be helped out by their personal sacrifice but at a certain point there is something more rational about a scheme where we agree to take seriously the notion of ending poverty and don't pout like children over the matter of top marginal rates for the very wealthy. tl;dr: Having at least some guarantee of efficacy in the form of collective action is not the same thing as "hey I'll go live like a monk even though I'm actually some weird millionaire tech bro" Side: But but...
