Mandatory Birth Control in High school
For this debate, birth-control has been advanced to a shot that can last up to four years. Assume all technology and medical saftey is within the industry acceptible mean. shoul the state mandate it in highschools much the same as they do normal vacines. A student can be exempt by parental permission for any reason.

Obviously they're already having sex, and that's only known through the ones who fail at birth control and get pregnant. I don't think we actually have an idea of how many teens are actually sexually active. I would have loved mandatory birth control, because it's not cheap. Side: Teen pregnancy is an epidemic
