Massachusetts Judge Indicted For Obstructing Justice

Rules are rules, one Massachusetts judge apparently had to be reminded of this week. On Thursday a grand jury indicted Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph on federal charges of obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting for allegedly interfering with a federal investigation after letting an illegal alien escape her courtroom out the back door in order to avoid arrest by an Immigration and Customs enforcement agent waiting in the lobby.
The Boston Herald reports that in addition to Joseph the grand jury indicted former $83,344-a-year Trial Court officer Wesley MacGregor 56 of Watertown with obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting as well as perjury.

Leftist protecting the illegal aliens now that is a shocker right there !!!!!!!!!!

The judge's misfortune is that she is not named Clinton.

Now for the mayors, city councils and governors that also willfully break federal law.

Translation: I have no proof to back up anything I say, but it's a great way to take the heat off Trump.

You must pay close attention here if you can okay !!!!!!!!!!!

https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/hamedaleaziz/oaklands-mayor-warned-her-community-about-an-ice-raid-she

OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA — One Saturday in February, as she criss-crossed town going to community events, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf received a message from a credible source: Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers were on the verge of conducting a large sweep in Northern California. It was the second such tip she’d received in the last few days, and she was sensitive to it.

The previous August, when ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations raided a home, Oakland police officers had blocked off traffic, and immigration advocates accused Schaaf of working hand-in-glove with ICE — a no-no in progressive Oakland. The advocates told Schaaf that the next time immigration officers came to town, they wanted to know about it.

And so on Feb. 24, only hours before the impending sweep, Schaaf organized a conference call with local immigrant advocates and religious leaders. She wanted to talk through an extraordinary decision she would eventually make — to warn the public that the feds were coming.

Libs hate it when you have to explain to them that supporting the Constitution and laws means you have to apply both...

Oh, I SEE, good buddy.

It's wrong when left wing judges obstruct justice (because they took pity on someone) but perfectly fair game when right wing presidents do it (for their own personal gain).

Thanks for pointing this out to me. Clearly it exonerates Donald Trump.

Facts are Facts

Glad you pointed it out!!!

An analysis by USA Today published in June 2016 found that over the previous three decades, United States president Donald Trump and his businesses have been involved in 3,500 legal cases in U.S. federal courts and state court, an unprecedented number for a U.S. presidential candidate.

So what say you to the fact that your president is corrupt?

Now this comes from US Attorney Lelling !

Lelling stressed that this case was purely about the rule of law, and nothing else. "Now, there are two things this case is not about. First, this is not a referendum on the Massachusetts Trial Court. The state Trial Court is staffed with professional, capable jurists working in the public interest with limited resources. This matter is an outlier."

"Second ... this case is not about immigration. It is about the rule of law. We don't get to pick and choose the federal laws that we follow. The allegations in today's indictment involve the intentional interference with federal officers in the course of their duties. That is a crime. It makes no difference to me if the federal laws are immigration laws, drug laws, tax laws, or anything else."
