They should be allowed within classrooms and used as a power learning tool. It can be utilised with cool quizes, visualisations, watching an video on the topic, etc. Also, if a student needs to shoot a quick message for a minute, it makes them be able to rejoin the lecture more quickly instead of them needing to look for a moment when teacher isn't looking. Allow! Side: They should be allowed
it depends some students might be playing minecraft or some shit while an important topic is being taught if we allow it 100% of the time. so yes it should be allowed but there must be a limit like break time and topics that need research or they could ask the teacher if they could too . Side: They should be allowed
