Most Complex Movie You've Ever Seen?

I've been watching some pretty nuanced films lately. Whether it's because of messed up chronology, time travel, or dream-states, it's easy to miss things in many movies.

Some that come to mind are Memento, Fight Club, Interstellar, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Synecdoche New York, Looper, Donnie Darko, and Inception.

But by far the most mind-numbing movie I've seen is Primer. I don't care how many times you watch it, it's very hard to pick up all of the details in the storyline.

The Usual Suspects. Can't really be sure who did what.

The original "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre." No matter how many times I see this movie, I keep thinking of that family of penny dreadfuls and what drove them to be such crazies.

Complexity seems to be the name of the game for some directors and producers who are bent on trying to interweave too much intrigue and too many plots such that they lose track and simply end up with a complicated mess that the audience cannot unravel.

My choice is Inception I had to watch it twice to get what was happening.
