Wrong. Most intelligent people, including those of us who have actually worked in politics, know that compared to politicians of the past, say, the 19th century and even up to the 1970s or so, today's politicos are for the most part, squeaky clean. Yep. That's right. Probably 90% break no rules or breach none of their ethics at all. It's just that you drink the loop aid from the media, who know that clean and honest politicians don't sell papers or magazines or get good TV ratings. So they obsess with reporting on the bad apples. Shit. I just read a book on Andrew Jackson. They used to punch each other out in Congress during session, when they would argue. Have duels! Drink openly in the Senate meetings. The left and the right are equally clean and both have a few bad apples. So what? Every profession does. Just like every family has an Asshole. Cry me a river. If you wish to criticize a political ideology then present us with specifics. And then offer your alternative view or idea. Quit whining like Libtard Profiler used to aftwer she found a skidmark stain in her favorite pair of panties. LOL Conservatives want a smaller, more controllable government. That may mean ALL (chuckle) the politicians will be "honest", but who cares?? They will be CONTROLLED by those with the money who paid for their positions! Who BOUGHT the government! Who TELL them what they will do! We went through that once. The three billionaires that controlled the "small government" made sure any law that was passed benefitted them! You will NOT get a "small government" that will be OF, BY and FOR the people! It will be OF, BY and FOR the controllers ... an OLIGARCHY! When you have fewer to buy, you CAN control.....easier!
