I'm not going to lie, I cried a lot during The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. Not really because of the movie (it was great, but not especially sad), but because of this song played during the credits. It made me realize this movie marks the end of Middle Earth, the fantastical place that I basically grew up with.

If you don't have an aversion to reading... there are many more books about Middle Earth other than those that have been made into films.

Not really sure why you disputed, but yes, I'm aware. I even own the Silmarillion, but I haven't read it. I guess since this debate was centered around movies, it was assumed that I was only referring to those.

Me too. I don't cry durring most movies, but this one... the last movie! and SPOILERS

Thorin, Fili, and Kili were all sad. And I really thought Tauriel was going to die. I was so happy though when she didn't!

Didn't quite cry but the boy's presentation at the end of St. Vincent almost made me cry.

Here we go.

I don't think I really cried, but I definetly had some strong feels. I don't really cry at all during movies really though.

Anyways, Honestly, I have to say Big Hero 6, when SPOILERS Hiro lets go and has to say I'm satisfied with my care to Baymax, leaving Baymax adrift in space while he returns to earth and survives. It just hurt. I grew really attached to Baymax in that movie.
