Not so serious debate...yet serious. Which should happen?

My husband and I are going to watch all of the Marvel hero movies, one a night, to get ready for Infinity Wars.  Should we watch the movies in chronological order, with Captain America being the first one?  Or should we watch it in order that it appeared in theater, with Iron Man being first?   :D

The only thing that bothers me is, the fact that I had in my hands, the first 10c issues of "The Origin of Superman, The first Batman, The first Blackhawk (you may not have heard of him, or Sky King)or Sheena, Queen of the Jungle, Aquaman, The Flash, Spider-Man, Plasticman, Tarzan, Green Lantern, Red Ryder.... a few even I can't remember! If I'd taken care of them I'd be vacationing in the Carribean instead of blowing snow today!

AWWWW bummer, yeah that's gotta be a small thorn in the side there. But what can ya do.

You should watch them twice. The Marvel characters dance in the nude covered in pie if you watch em twice. If it doesn't happen, demand your money back and make a scene. Make sure and capture the scene on your phone and post the video here so we can see it.

Personally, I would just pick a marvel character you most like, watch all that character's recent movies, then pick another, until you get through what you want. The details about which came out when really aren't that important. When movies get made it's based more on which script and which funding comes through first strategically for money making purposes, it isn't necessarily because that's the logical order they're supposed to happen. And I think that was even true back when the comic books were being written. Stories bounce around and criss cross with each other because they were money makers for the comic sellers. It's almost random as opposed to chronological.

Naw the details aren't too important at this stage, we've already watched them several times. Just debating on if we want to watch them according to story-line or according to time released. Personally I like Iron Man but hated the third movie.

That's how I usually do it. With the "Middle-Earth" movies, I always watch LotR before I watch the Hobbit.
