Personally, I am just shocked at how clever viral videos are getting. This is a YouTube clip but it clearly has high production values. Great use of blue screen technology to make the video of Obama look realistic. I have seen a few videos now where people use short clips of people saying individual words to make then appear to say something else. How do people find those clips? Do they do it manually? Is there software to help? YouTube search? Side: Hilarious!

What a GREAT compilation of snippets that fit the man as the audience and John McCain look as though they've been caught in the headlights of an oncoming train! Extraordinarily well crafted. A most hilarious and intelligent mix and I adore Rick Astley too! What absolute fun and a much needed breath of fresh air. Side: Hilarious and FUN to watch

Hi everyone! I am new here and I think this is just FUNNY! I would never vote for The Liberal Democrat/Socialist Senator Obama but injecting any kind of humor into this Election is just Great! Why not! The ending to me is the Funniest for Senator Obama seems to be a little weak so watching him hit the "bag" cracked me right up to! Side: Hilarious!

Hi Buckwild! I don't really think this was meant to help our country in the way you mean. The debates have been fast and furious and very serious. Can we not just have a bit of fun now and again? The video ax swings both ways and I'd laugh just as hard as one with Obama taking the hit. Side: Hilarious and FUN to watch

for the truth about this, click on the link below. Side: Not true urban legend
i think the real problem is that Rick Roll is officially dead. I mean, a guy like Obama using Rick roll? God, i thought it was gay when Youtube did it, but now Obama... what's next, Osama sends a rick roll to Iran? I feel bad for the trolls who have been using this to get massive lulz. all this shows is that Obama is a gaia bitch and should GTFO my internetz. Side: GO BACK TO GAIA

Well GEEZE Pyg...I knew you were a bit itchy but I didn't know you hated gay people! I also didn't know you owned the "internetz!" You must be related to Al Gore...how much did he soak you for his invention, LOL? I don't know if you realized it but I'm gay too. Yes indeedy little pyggy, shall I go back from whence I came or am I safe here with you? You seem to know what a "rick roll" is so I'm impressed...'cause I've never heard the term. Side: Zowie my pyggy hates me
hmm, you seem to be a moron because i did say "go back to Gaia"... never said anything about teh gays. okay, lets say you have no idea what i'm talking about, isn't it only fair to ask instead of just making retarded assumptions? Gaia is a community of morons who think they can successfully troll... the problem is, Rick Roll is fail now, and people from Gaia are really the only kinds of will still use it. Welcome to CreateDebate
CreateDebate is a social debate community built around ideas, discussion and democracy. If this is your first time checking out a debate, here are some quick tips to help get you started:
- Arguments with the highest score are displayed first. Argument replies (both in favor and in opposition) are displayed below the original argument. To follow along, you may find it helpful to show and hide the replies displayed below each argument.
- To vote for an argument, use these icons: You have the power to cast exactly one vote (either up or down) for each argument. Once you vote, the icon will become grayed out and the argument's score will change. Yes, you can change your vote.
- Debate scores, side scores and tag scores are automatically calculated by an algorithm that primarily takes argument scores into account. All scores are updated in real-time. To learn more about the CreateDebate scoring system, check out the FAQ.
- When you are ready to voice your opinion, use the Add Argument button to create an argument. If you would like to address an existing argument, use the Support and Dispute link within that argument to create a new reply.
