Ok or O.k.

I would like to know if there are any other lame-o's who say O.k. instead of ok without the periods!

Ok

O.k.

Side Score: 7

THe correct answer might be O.k. but it is easier and less strange to say ok

Sure 'Okay' is the most correct out of all the okay variations.

Out of Ok and O.k. I personally don't use either, I like OK best of all.

"Okay" is the pedantic teenager's spelling, and one I'm still trying to get out of my system. There's only a very recent historical precedent for it to be spelt that way, and it's more efficient to write fewer letters. People will understand your meaning just fine without the phonetic spelling and complementary IPA guide.

Side: O.k.

If you are going to take the extra time to add two more characters, why not just say "okay".

Periods aren't necessary to indicate initialization, and "Oll Klear" or whatever the preferred etymology is now barely counts as one anyway. Eliminate superfluities for optimal writing.

I say ok, not Ok, but spell check says OK so, meh...

Side: Ok

OK would be how I'd spell it. Simply due to the phonemes of the word. If written as a lower case "k" at the end, it would be pronounced like "oak".

ok is the right one isnt it because its short for okay so doesnt need . inbetween the letters

Side: Ok

Wellllll I write it like. "OK? SO WHAT?"

Ummmm... well I'm not sure if I'm a lame-o but I use 'okay'.... Oh! Who am I kidding.... I'm a big ole-lame-o.

no, you are on the wrong side, te whole point is that all of the periods make it strange.

Well, I disagree with both your choices so I chose the opposite side that you did so your debate would move to the top of the home page.... You're welcome. This one is for free, but I'll be charging in the future.... okay? ;)
