Maybe, maybe not. I feel they are as provable as God's existence. One can never truly experience it for themselves, they can only take the word of someone who claims to have. Yet if it's never been done I have some ideas for a test. Get someone who is a master of the ability, and prepare a room for them to test in. First put them in a section of the room cut off from one thing you will change, then change the one thing in the room you had planned to. Then when they are back in their body ask them what was changed, and how. Maybe the thing changed could be a colored mark put on some wall or something, that they have to identify where to immediately and must 1st tell you the color. Side: no

I have done the same. I experiment with lucid dreaming, and sometimes my dreams feel real enough that they make me feel like I'm walking around my actual room, unable to interact with anything. yet like you said these are only words, I also can't prove them. Though when I do, try to find out something new about my room that I never saw before. When I wake what I discovered is there, but I believe it might just be that I interacted with it, and subconsciously remembered while actively forgetting. Side: yes
