People play politics in office for winning position, It should be stop or not?

Office politics can be crazy, murky and scary. But there is no way of escaping it. But what you can do is minimise your chances of getting embroiled in some nasty business

Of course it should be stopped. People who are in it only for winning, or money, or anything but what the position is supposed to be about have no place there, they should not be allowed to get those positions.

Man's inner desire to succeed and push others behind led to the origin, development and spreading of politics. The most cruel form being office politics.

The primary target of a job being to work towards progress, office politics comes in the way and largely slows it down. Offices in regions having a large corruption rate, say, China, are always bustling with this.

Yes, office politics should stop, and if everybody works with honesty, then there should be no need for it either.

Very true, i agree with you ,Office politics are present in every industry in one form or another - and it is not going to go away anytime soon. Usually, the main intention of people who engage in office politics, is for personal gain. But what makes office politics a serious issue is the fact that employees who participate in petty politics contribute very little to the organization and its presence at all levels.

Every movement, every right thing, every reformation has to start with one single person. No change comes by itself, in the dramatic way they show in the movies.
