Planned U.s. Terrorism

Operation Northwoods was a series of False-flag proposals that originated within the United States Government in 1962. The proposals called for the CIA, or other operatives, to commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities and elsewhere. These acts of terrorism were to be blamed on Cuba in order to create public support for a war against that nation, which had recently become communist under Fidel Castro. One part of Operation Northwoods was to "develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington." It was approved by all the joint chiefs of staff. JFK wouldn't allow it though and it was made public in 1997.

I have no trouble beleiveing this may be true, the Iranian coup of the democratically elected Mosadegh was iniated by false flag events i.e. the cia paid thousands of Iranians to riot, this is not speculation, this has been replicated probabaly about one hundred time in other countries, another example is the attempted coup of Hugo Chavez, i could go on and on but you get the idea.

The government itself released the information due to the freedom of info. act.

The national archive and the new-york times apparently support the story, and there should also be government docs somewhere you can look up; doubtfully online though. I consider those two sources to be credible, and the culture of fear at the time adds to its believability.

Government employees particularly Federal are second rate workers because if they were first rate, they would be working for the private sector, therefore, government employees are too stupid enough to successfully plan something as this detailed and precise. These things are so complex that there is no way that planning would be suffice. Too many variables.
