If it cannot be shown to have crossed state lines, or drug enforcement cannot be shown to be necessary and proper to other appropriate legislation, and if it wasn’t on federal property then the federal government cannot be shown to have any jurisdiction on the matter. Side: No, of course NOT

Pot in those places isn't illegal. What they are doing in sanctuary cities is illegal and breaks federal law. ICE comes to the jail to get the illegal alien who just committed a felony, and the jail doesn't allow ICE access or doesn't report it or even lets the person go. Then the officers have to find the suspect on the streets or at someone's house, which puts the felonious alien and the officers in more danger. It's complete lawlesness. Side: No, of course NOT
