No problem finding anyone to take one side or the other on this subject. The important thing is the VAST majority of this supposedly democratic country supports Roe v. Wade for various reasons. In a democratic country the majority is SUPPOSED to rule. We are not seeing to much of that lately since the religious right is trying to turn us into a theocracy. What do YOU want? A democracy, or a theocratic republic like Iran and most of the middle east??

The religion doesn't much matter. The first Americans came here (MANY of them), to escape religious persecution. Do we really want to go back to that?? Hmmm, I should have made this a debate.

No one on the "religious right" who is taken seriously by anyone is trying to turn this country into a theocracy.

Also, The United States of America is a republic, not a democrazy. Thank God it isn't, because there probably will come a time when a majority of the population will be down for eradicating free speech, free press, or the right to peaceably assemble with people they don't like.

Nobody wants a theocracy, and I believe that your fears are unjustified.
