Shared wealth
Would if there was a new policy created that no one is allowed to be rich beyond a certain point. If that person earns more than they're allowed to, they must spread that wealth out to everyone else.

I pose a simple question, if you had more money then you could possibly spend, would you; die with it, leave it to only family members directly related or make the suffering of the less fortunate a little easier, more then likely allowing those you benevolently sponsored to flourish. This should be a no brainer but unfortunately its not in U.S. society! Me thinks another dark age is settling in! Side: Yes, No poverty

India is failing because of its crippling Democratic government. There is no economic freedom there. India is ranked 124/179. This means that it is one of the poorest Democratic nations. Russia is the poorest. Democracies are not the cause of great wealth. It is economic freedom. Side: That's dumb i worked hard
India is failing due to a million reasons. Democracy included to a certain extent. It is drawn. Besides, I was simply talking of corruption. That does include the economic freedom but, it is different in the case of India. The cause of such acts is purely the Human psychology here.. Side: Yes, No poverty

Unfortunately, you have no idea what you are talking about. There is not one European country that is socialist nor communist, they are all capitalist mixed economies with heavy social programs. There is no shared wealth, it is transferred wealth. China, Cuba or North Korea is shared wealth. China is thriving because of its movement towards markets. Side: That's dumb i worked hard

I strongly sympathise with socialist goals, but the policy you described simply won't work. If people aren't allowed to get rich past a certain point, they simply won't bother to. Why would you put in extra work and take extra risks to earn more money if you know all that money will be taken away from you? Side: That's dumb i worked hard

No of course not! If I worked hard for something, why should I have to share it with someone else unless I wanted to. I really think it is dumb because one should be rewarded for all their hard work. This shared wealth would lead us almost into communism because we would all essentially be equal. It won't be fair if we would have to share our wealth. People would stop working all together if they knew that the money they were working for was only going to be given to someone else. It's completely unfair. Side: That's dumb i worked hard
I believe that for the most part, we have to earn our entitlements. We are not born with financial entitlements. I put in the 8 hours of work, not you. If you have got some sort of REAL problem (not some BS bummed knee or back pain that no one can really prove) that prevents you from working, then perhaps I would be happy to help, but other than that, those are my hours on the time clock, not yours.
