Well, I'm going to put my viewpoint in as well. I believe if the parent lets them, then it's fine. I agree, a lot, if not all, will soon regret it because of maturity, but thats my view on it.
Any minor should be able to do whatever they want to their body as long as their parents approve. Tattoos are a way to express yourself and there should be no laws/restrictions stopping them from doing so. As long as they have parental consent they should be able to get a tattoo.
I don't see why not? I have students at my school, who are getting tattoos. You can get tattoos but your parents have to agree that you can get a tattoo.
I live in the "hill country" and I know a lot of people that were married when they were 16. However, that was a long time ago. I don't know anyone currently that has been married at 16. I'm preety sure you can't now. However, I have seen people as young as 15 that have kids here. They are usually treated as outcasts though.
They should have a parent with them to clarify and make sure it is a good choice. My favorite tattoo artist always gives you suggestions sto you do not make any bad choices, and he will not do one that he thinks is a bad choice.
Hm...I'm gonna go with yes on this one, at least in that the she should be lowered to 16. Anything below that is unreasonable, but I don't think the limit needs to be quite as high as 18. I am of the belief that it's better to let people make (minor) bad decisions than nail all these "rules" into peoples' heads at a young age. Besides, getting a tattoo under the age of 18 doesn't mean you have to do it without permission.
Where I live, minors can get a tattoo if they have parental consent. I think this is good as a form of protection for tat shops, given the legal situation regarding minors.
The drawback is that many parents will say no, and some kids will go get..."back ally" tattoos...from people who are not trained or prepared to do it safely. That is an unfortunate side effect of age-restricting, but given that teens are still growing (physically and emotionally) at that age, I think the age restriction is warranted.
I think it should be legal as long as there is parental consent. And like an earlier post said, you don't want them to go find some random person that says "they know what they're doing" even though they have no training at all and then something horrible happens.
Dependin on the reason. If it is something important and you have your parents concent, yes you should. There are many factors, if underage people want to get tattoos they can find a way, for example: do it with a safety pin and ink, older friends with a tattoo gun. People who do it at home also have higher risk of getting hepatitis, skin infection, HIV, and MRSA.
There is no reason why minors shouldn't be able to get a tattoo. Tattoos are beautiful pieces of artwork that are meaningful and pleasant to keep with you to the grave. I was 16 when I got my first tattoo on my forearm, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I wake up in the morning to this beautiful piece of art with my three favorite words on it, and it drives me throughout my day. I would have to say that if I didn't get the tattoo, my life until now(30) would have been a lot more depressing and dreadful. Could I have waited? Yes, I very well could have. But why would I want to? We only get one life and one youth. We might as well enjoy it while we can. Still, a parents consent and physical presence during the process should be required, but parents shouldn't react so harshly on their kids for wanting to get a tattoo.
A tattoo is gonna be there for life. Some might say, that if you change your mind about it, you can just have a surgery.
Thats not always the case.
Some colors are really hard to remove. Some colors you have to use some really dangerous lights to be able to remove, and there is a very high risk of developing cancer, if you go through with the surgery. There is also a risk of getting cancer just by getting the tattoo.
15, 16 17, even 20 year olds can be stupid as hell.
15 year olds don't know what they're doing, how should they know? As well as 16 year olds .. and I can go on. They can do crazy things, stupid things.
I think that age limit is a nice thing. If a person DESPERATELY wants a tattoo, then they can wait a few years.
Gotta learn sometime might as well get stupidity out early besides its not like younger people cant do any type of good decisions like everyone under a certain age would get stupid tattoos they would regret for their life.. but either way think it should be up to parents discretion.
Its not like I think, that when you're a certain age, then you will make good decissions.
But I think everyone knows, that teenagers they're not very sensible. Hormons take over your life when you're a teenager. And I really don't get why a person couldn't wait with the tattoo a few years till they're old enough to get it.
And I don't think a parent should be able to allow their under age children to get tattoo's. Nor should they get them cigarettes and alcohol. Becouse some parent, just becouse they're over 21, doesn't mean they make good decissions. Some parents are crappy parents.
And also, a tattoo is a pretty hard punishment for a stupid thing you've done in your youth.
A tattoo is gonna be there forever... unless a surgery.
But then again.. a baby is also gonna be there forever, thats a pretty hard punishment too. But I think, if we can save children from some punishments, that are really harsh, then I think we should do it.
Well once again its up to the parents then, if they allow them to get what they want then so be it, if the debate is about letting them get older to get one them I am sure a parent who obviously should be old and mature enough, would know if a tattoo they wanted was good or bad and would make the decision based off of that mature opinion for their seed to get it. Just in case what the teen wanted was or was not a good choice of tattoo. And to call it a punishment is the wrong term. Its not a punishment. And you don't need surgery to remove a tattoo there are plenty ways to have one removed.
A tattoo can be a punishment in many ways. People do crazy things, they regret later.
And no, not all parents are mature enough to make their children's decissions, if they were mature, they would not let their children get the tattoo.
Plenty of ways to get it removed? I have a friend, she got a tattoo when she was 19, now she's 29.
She can't get it of, because to get the color she has of her skin, she has to use some wierd ultra lights. If she does this, she is in a high risk of getting cancer.
So no, there are not ALWAYS plenty of ways to remove a tattoo.
Its still not a punishment, lol I dont see why you keep trying to call something it is not, If they wanted it is not a punishment regardless of how stupid it may have been.
And to say that allowing your child to get a Tattoo is immature is a bit over reacting. Ooo but the law is mature enough to make some decisions for them what about when they get older and still make the same stupid mistake anyways. And since it is legal for parents to allow kids to have tattoos I have yet to hear much if anything about any stupid tattoos of a parent allowing their child to get that they would regret later so that argument is mute. And your friend cant get it removed... Too bad but once again that way is one of the many ways to have a tattoo removed thanks for adding to the list and no not all work completely but there are many ways. So yes there are plenty of ways to have a tattoo removed. As you now have mentioned more than one way, and since there are obviously more than the ways you have mentioned to remove a tattoo id have to say one more time that YES there are many ways to have a tattoo removed.. so once again another argument of yours is sent to the mute column. Nice try though with the my life / knowledge and or experience tactic though.
First of all, I'm well aware of that there are plenty of ways to remove a tattoo.
I'm just saying, that those ways don't always work for all tattoos.
A tattoo can have plenty of colors.. I'm sure you know that, and they use different methods to remove each color. Some colors are harder than others to remove.
Every tattoo is removable, yes, I know. But my friends tattoo, can't be removed, because in order to remove it, they will put her in a big risk of getting cancer, and they refuse to remove it. And yes, that tattoo is a punishment for my friend. She hates it, she hates EVERYTHING about it, and she is embarrassed. Plenty of people hate their tattoo, even of their over 18, because tattoos don't always turn out as they wanted. Therefore, I think its a good idea, to refuse to do tattoos on children.
There are things in our brain, that isn't developed before we're about 20-25 years old.
Thats why teenagers are stupid, and do stupid things without thinking. Like getting tattoos.
If a minor really wants a tattoo, he or she CAN wait a few years till they're old enough.
Well I should have stopped reading your comment after your first line since you basically just finally acknowledged what I been saying and basically just made it seem as if you never said there were not many ways to remove a tattoo actually you made it pretty clear there were not many ways to remove one.
And there is no need to spill about whats developed in our brains at a certain age, we all know this but there are also things that are developed in brains at any age and that includes stupidity and smartness, and the ability to learn from mistakes. Like all teens will get stupid tattoos or something just because your friend was one of the stupid ones to get a stupid tattoo that she now later regrets which is still not a PUNISHMENT no matter how you try to flip it, it's not a punishment.
And if a minor wants a tattoo they can ask their parents advice and see if they will allow them to get what they want because I am sure they will be over the 20 -25 development level that you want to throw out there. But hey if you don't agree with that either just move to a state that does not allow it regardless of parents consent.
Well I should have stopped reading your comment after your first line since you basically just finally acknowledged what I been saying and basically just made it seem as if you never said there were not many ways to remove a tattoo actually you made it pretty clear there were not many ways to remove one.
What is wrong with you? I said that there wasn't always a way to remove a tattoo. And don't tell me there is, because I know there isn't. I know there are ways to remove it, BUT THEY DON'T ALWAYS WORK, and sometimes they can cause a lot of diseases.
Yes there is. There is a thing (I don't know the name, but I saw a documentary on natinoal geographic) That adults have a thing wich makes them think; what will happen tomorrow, or what will happen if I do this. Teenagers don't have that.
And if a minor wants a tattoo they can ask their parents advice and see if they will allow them to get what they want because I am sure they will be over the 20 -25 development level that you want to throw out there. But hey if you don't agree with that either just move to a state that does not allow it regardless of parents consent.
I know they can, Im just trying to take that privilage away from parents.
Because not all parents are that good, and not all parents make good decissions fore their children, and don't come here and play smart and tell me, that all parents are good parents
What is wrong with me.. what is wrong with you.. see here is when I put the nail in the coffin which of course you will act like a zombie and come back with more BS denying what you said and adding more BS on top of that to make it seem like I said something like I was implying something else when I clearly wasn't. But hey since you want to do the copy paste thing and seem to forget your own past debates as you post new ones Ill try the copy paste thing myself:
Plenty of ways to get it removed? I have a friend, she got a tattoo when she was 19, now she's 29.
I believe you said this did you not. I mean Whats that question mark for.. O wait maybe you are asking what are the other ways to remove one King Black because I am one of the ones under the brain developed age so I am too stupid to do my own research and find out for myself.
But wait then you post this...... So no, there are not ALWAYS plenty of ways to remove a tattoo. But that does not make since because once again if there are plenty of ways of something then there are plenty of ways of something unless that something somehow no longer exists which well in this case is not the case so the comment of not ALWAYS is invalid regardless of any after affects of the method.
-------------
And here you go with putting BS logic into my comments which I did not even mention or even imply:
Yes there is. There is a thing (I don't know the name, but I saw a documentary on natinoal geographic) That adults have a thing wich makes them think; what will happen tomorrow, or what will happen if I do this. Teenagers don't have that.
Umm yes there is what... why are you even explaining this to me as if I said there was not something that goes against what you just said here.. where are you going with this rant right here, I mean you paste my reply then have this rant that has nothing to do with your reply to it. Like you are correcting something I said when in fact you are not. Like WTF are you trying to pull there. You didn't even touch what I said with this BS rant. Come on now.
--------------------
And here is another good one:
I know they can, Im just trying to take that privilage away from parents.
Because not all parents are that good, and not all parents make good decissions fore their children, and don't come here and play smart and tell me, that all parents are good parents
Play what smart game... Why would I say all parents are good parents that's another story. This is getting ridiculous here. Where did I say all parents were good. When did I say that all parents would make goo decisions, and yes I know you were just implying. But all I said was well since you say they are too young well there is a thing such a parents consent and since you bring up the young are too stupid and are only smart once they pass a certain age I just come back and say well their parents should be past that certain age and can have a more developed decision then, but of course you want to then bring up the but not all parents are smart thing case like OOoo now that there is a way for teens to get tattoos I must now make it seem as that other way is just as stupid because not all parents make the right decisions as well, just as not all parents make the right decisions not all grown folks make the right decisions so when is the freaking right time to get that tattoo then. Because if that person has to wait a couple years why not ask for the parents advice to see what they say, if allowed, because it is definitely sure that a heck of a lot more parents will not make a stupid decision for their kids.
I have to say that I really don't understand much of this message :)
I don't know if you're not english, or if you might have a weird accent or something, but I'll try my best.
I believe you said this did you not. I mean Whats that question mark for.. O wait maybe you are asking what are the other ways to remove one King Black because I am one of the ones under the brain developed age so I am too stupid to do my own research and fin out for myself.
That question mark? - se there? I quoted your question. To make it easier for you to understand my answer, clearly you do not easily understand people.
I don't wanna answer anything you said, cause I don't understand a thing.. sorry.
Don't know if Im stupid or you're bad at setting commas or whatever.
But what I was trying to say is.
Yes, you are right. There are plenty of ways to remove a tattoo.
But no, those methods are not always affective. And some cause cancer.
Is that so hard to understand?
Umm yes there is what... why are you even explaining this to me as if I said there was not something that goes against what you just said here.. where are you going with this rant right here, I mean you paste my reply then have this rant that has nothing to do with your reply to it. Like you are correcting something I said when in fact you are not. Like WTF are you trying to pull there. You didn't even touch what I said with this BS rant. Come on now.
Yes, you wrote (if I remember correctly) That there is not anything developing thing that isn't there in the teenage years. Read it again, you'll se, maybe I copied/pasted wrong. But that comment was meant for what you replied to that children don't have a thing in their brain :)
I see you're well aware of, that not all parents are good. Then why the hell do you want them to let their children get tattoos, when you know some aren't that good?
Do you want bad parents to make such decissions for their children (and yes, they make it fore them. The children aren't old enough to understand the consequenses of a tattoo, or anything else)
But imma stop right there :) that was my last words for this
The reason I asked what that question mark was for is because you asked the question: "Plenty of ways to get it removed? " and then go on to say "So no, there are not ALWAYS plenty of ways to remove a tattoo."
Then after I bring up the fact that there are actually plenty of ways to have one removed you then say: "First of all, I'm well aware of that there are plenty of ways to remove a tattoo." So I asked if you are well aware why in the heck would you ask that stupid question with the question mark in the 1st place.
Hence the reason for me basically calling you out for trying to back track what you were saying initially. By asking you what was the question mark for. If you did not notice my response of:
O wait maybe you are asking what are the other ways to remove one King Black because I am one of the ones under the brain developed age so I am too stupid to do my own research and find out for myself.
I was being sarcastic there if you somehow did not notice which I do not see how you cannot notice I was being sarcastic. So I can see why you don't understand the comment much your brain isn't even developed enough to know when someone is being sarcastic.
-----------------------------
And lets get this straight you post this BS once again putting words into my mouth you cant even copy and paste correctly if your going to try and just type what I said at least be accurate in it.
You say
Yes, you wrote (if I remember correctly) That there is not anything developing thing that isn't there in the teenage years. Read it again, you'll se, maybe I copied/pasted wrong. But that comment was meant for what you replied to that children don't have a thing in their brain :)
Where did I say this.. I never said that no where..... Go back to your comment when you siad "Yes there is" and see what you replied it to and tell me where your reply has anything to do with what I said.
All I said was:
There is no need to spill about whats developed in our brains at a certain age, we all know this but there are also things that are developed in brains at any age and that includes stupidity and smartness, and the ability to learn from mistakes.
So I once again ask you where in the hell did you see me stating that BS you acted like I said... my gosh.
-------------------------
And here you go with the parent thing of course I am aware who is not... But again you act like all parents will be stupid and let their kids get stupid tattoos. The law is already there in most states to allow it so you tell me how many kids you see with stupid tattoos heck how many do you even see with tattoos so obviously there are more parents who will make the right decision as to ones that will not as I already stated with this:
because it is definitely sure that a heck of a lot more parents will not make a stupid decision for their kids.
So come one go around your city and come back and tell me how many kids have stupid tattoos because their parents allowed them to get a stupid one, I doubt you will even find one. You are more likely seeing kids drinking then having stupid tattoos. I mean you want to banish something that is not even an issue.
Your right you should have no need to reply back anymore with all the BS you spew out of that undeveloped mouth of yours.
Come back and debate with me in like 3 or 4 years when you develop a brain that is capable of not putting words into other peoples mouth to try and make yourself seem as if you were correct all along and you know how to comprehend what the difference is between being sarcastic and being uneducated.
Yes actually I do, I don't like when people talk this stupid to me, and when or if they do, I want to reply back.
When I states that I am not going to reply, I thought (in my stupidity) that you would answer something that made sense and I could agree with.
Being sarcastic in a letter is really hard. Especially when you don't know the other person.
When you use sarcasm in real life, someone usually talks with a different tone or voice. Obviously that is not possible in a letter, so people use different methods to be sarcastic in a letter, and when you write with no smileys, that is my way to take a letter serious. I know maybe thats stupid, but usually when I'm being sarcastic and messing with people, I but a ':)' after wards.
So no, I didn't know you were sarcastic, and don't think that I'm stupid or undeveloped just because I don't understand your crappy sense of humor.
Then after I bring up the fact that there are actually plenty of ways to have one removed you then say: "First of all, I'm well aware of that there are plenty of ways to remove a tattoo." So I asked if you are well aware why in the heck would you ask that stupid question with the question mark in the 1st place.
I said I agreed with you, why are you arguing against me, when I just gave in, and said you were right about that thing?
If I may quote myself: yes you are right, there are plenty of ways to remove a tattoo blablabla. There was a 'but'. But you're messing with my head by writing all this stupid things, when I just said that you were right.
And lets get this straight you post this BS once again putting words into my mouth you cant even copy and paste correctly if your going to try and just type what I said at least be accurate in it.
Way to make yourself look like an angle. You put words in my mouth too honey :
You say
Yes, you wrote (if I remember correctly) That there is not anything developing thing that isn't there in the teenage years. Read it again, you'll see, maybe I copied/pasted wrong. But that comment was meant for what you replied to that children don't have a thing in their brain :)
Where did I say this.. I never said that no where..... Go back to your comment when you said "Yes there is" and see what you replied it to and tell me where your reply has anything to do with what I said.
You obviously didn't say this. Try read the thing you just quoted again:
Yes you wrote (if I remember correctly)*
I don't wanna go back and read, I believe that you didn't say it, and I also stated, that I'm not sure if I remembered correctly, stop being such a drama queen.
because it is definitely sure that a heck of a lot more parents will not make a stupid decision for their kids.
No that is not definite. Most of the decisions made are stupid, that goes for parents to.
And about that tattoo thing, this is a debate where we discuss if the government should allow minors to get tattoos.
So no, smart ass. I don't see a lot of children in the street with tattoos, and I would like it to stay that way. I was just saying my opinion what the consequences would be, if the government allowed stupid kids like you to tattoo themselves.
I get back on after couple days and this is what you bring more BS but at least you try to throw in some one liners here and there
Well if you cant comprehend when someone is being sarcastic regardless of if it is a letter or not then that is not my problem. I mean come one where in that comment of me saying : O wait maybe you are asking what are the other ways to remove one King Black because I am one of the ones under the brain developed age so I am too stupid to do my own research and find out for myself. Do I sound really serious... combined with what I said before this, come on there is no way anyone could see that as anything but being either funny, an ass, or sarcastic or all together.
Ya I know you agreed but you only agreed after the fact that I called you out about their being plenty of ways to remove one when you 1st said that there was not plenty of ways to remove one.... I mean once again you said this:
"Plenty of ways to get it removed? I have a friend, she got a tattoo when she was 19, now she's 29."....."So no there are not always plenty of ways to remove a tattoo"... I mean where in there does it look like you are agreeing with there being plenty of ways to remove a tattoo besides using that ALWAYS escape rout and like I said just because your friend cant get one removed doesnt negate the fact that there are plenty of ways to have one removed. Maybe thats what you meant so ill just say this argument is null.
And once again I never wrote this: That there is not anything developing thing that isn't there in the teenage years......
and the reason why you dont want to go back and read it to find out for yourself is because you know I never said that.. all you keep saying is if I remember correctly... please get that BS out of here once again this is what I wrote:
And there is no need to spill about whats developed in our brains at a certain age, we all know this but there are also things that are developed in brains at any age and that includes stupidity and smartness, and the ability to learn from mistakes.
And what is not definite, Most of the decisions made are stupid, that goes for parents to. Well You just contradicted yourself because if right now like you just stated that if you dont see as you say: "So no, smart ass. I don't see a lot of children in the street with tattoos, and I would like it to stay that way" then obviously parents are not making stupid decisions for this particular topic and allowing there kids to get stupid tattoos which in all makes your stupid case of trying to take that right away from parents stupid. Because its not even a problem apparently. My gosh.
And about that tattoo thing, this is a debate where we discuss if the government should allow minors to get tattoos. Umm ya its says: Should Anyone Below 18 Be Allowed To Get A Tattoo. Who ever said other wise. Why did you bring this up once again bringing up things that no one ever disputed.
I didn't comment that at all. Try go back and see. I never copied that text. I never commented it. Really, you're messing everything up.
I never said anything about that king black thing, so why do you keep bringing it up? You think its so funny, you have to tell it again or something?
Ya I know you agreed but you only agreed after the fact that I called you out about their being plenty of ways to remove one when you 1st said that there was not plenty of ways to remove one.... I mean once again you said this:
"Plenty of ways to get it removed? I have a friend, she got a tattoo when she was 19, now she's 29."....."So no there are not always plenty of ways to remove a tattoo"... I mean where in there does it look like you are agreeing with there being plenty of ways to remove a tattoo besides using that ALWAYS escape rout and like I said just because your friend cant get one removed doesn't negate the fact that there are plenty of ways to have one removed. Maybe thats what you meant so ill just say this argument is null.
I agreed that there were plenty of ways to get a tattoo removed. I did not agree that there is always a way to remove a tattoo.
and the reason why you don't want to go back and read it to find out for yourself is because you know I never said that.. all you keep saying is if I remember correctly... please get that BS out of here once again this is what I wrote:
No, the reason why I didn't go back and look is because I have other things to do than sit here and look back at a stupid debate with you. And I'm too lazy.
So I tried to remember, and obviously I don't remember very well, so let it go, I said sorry, now move on with your pointless life.
then obviously parents are not making stupid decisions for this particular topic and allowing there kids to get stupid tattoos which in all makes your stupid case of trying to take that right away from parents stupid. Because its not even a problem apparently.
No, I don't know where you live, but where I live it is not allowed to get a tattoo at all under 18, whether your parents allow you or not.
So thats probably why I don't see a lot of children on the street with tattoos.
And I don't think its a smart idea to let them get tattoos. Its just stupid.
Why did you bring this up once again bringing up things that no one ever disputed.
Yes, frankly it was disputed.
you said this:
So come one go around your city and come back and tell me how many kids have stupid tattoos because their parents allowed them to get a stupid one, I doubt you will even find one. You are more likely seeing kids drinking then having stupid tattoos. I mean you want to banish something that is not even an issue.
And then I replied to that with this:
And about that tattoo thing, this is a debate where we discuss if the government should allow minors to get tattoos.
So no, smart ass. I don't see a lot of children in the street with tattoos, and I would like it to stay that way. I was just saying my opinion what the consequences would be, if the government allowed stupid kids like you to tattoo themselves.
And don't go all bitchy about when i take things up that weren't disputed.
You dispute all the time, with the things we already solved. I agreed with you on something, and you dispute my agreement???? what is that all about.

I agreed that there were plenty of ways to get a tattoo removed. I did not agree that there is always a way to remove a tattoo.
I never said that there was always a way to have one removed All I said was that there are plenty of ways to have one removed never did i say they always work.
No, I don't know where you live, but where I live it is not allowed to get a tattoo at all under 18, whether your parents allow you or not.
So thats probably why I don't see a lot of children on the street with tattoos.
And I don't think its a smart idea to let them get tattoos. Its just stupid
Well good I can speak for you then and I can assure I do not see kids walking around with stupid tattoos so trying to take a way a right that is not an issue once a gain is a useless thing to want.
The fact that you said this: And about that tattoo thing, this is a debate where we discuss if the government should allow minors to get tattoos.
Leads to the case that I or someone else said that teh debate was not about what you just mentioned hence my reply of: And about that tattoo thing, this is a debate where we discuss if the government should allow minors to get tattoos. Umm ya its says: Should Anyone Below 18 Be Allowed To Get A Tattoo. Who ever said other wise. Why did you bring this up once again bringing up things that no one ever disputed.
As you can clearly see I ask you who ever said the discussion was about anything else as you are making it seem with your comment.
You said that maybe I dont speak english good or something because you didnt understand it Its pretty easy to find go back and read your own comments.
I said that about the whole conversation, not the joke.
Well good I can speak for you then and I can assure I do not see kids walking around with stupid tattoos so trying to take a way a right that is not an issue once a gain is a useless thing to want.
Then why did you ask me if I saw kids wearing tattoos on the street?
So as you can see for that particular part where you sort of agreed I just ended it saying okay but obviously you didn't catch that part.
that is not true.
And I don't see why we're debating when we're agreeing with each other.
Well the reason I asked you if you seen any kids on the street with stupid tattoos is because you said they should take away that right for parents to even have the ability to decide if their child can or can not have a tattoo. So I asked you if you had ever seen any kids with stupid tattoos since you made it seem as if it was such a big issue to begin with, I already know I have never seen it in any state or country I have been to, but the way you were talking you made it seem as if there was an issue somewhere where parents were allowing kids to get stupid tattoos, hence the reason I asked that question.
People under 18 dont have enough maturity to know whether they are making a good enough decision. Also it ruins there chance in being able to give blood.
I think the age limit is a good thing, I knew I wanted a tattoo since I was 12 but had to wait until I was 18 it gave me plenty of time to decide on what I wanted most people I know who had tattoos done under 18 regetted what they had and have had cover up work done since, it was mainly girls names and bands that they liked at the time either that or they did'nt look after them and spoilt them
NO!! Tattoos are bad! Say, for instance, you were mad about Pepper Pig when you are six so you get a tattoo. Then you have to live with it or pay thousands of pounds to get it removed. WASTE OF MONEY.
Okay, first of all, why would you even WANT to get a tattoo?! OUCH! Next, you will regret getting it for the rest of your life. Unless, of course, you want to pay A LOT of money to get it removed. If so, be my guest. I don't care if you want to hurt yourself. You will regret the decisions your immature, undeveloped brain made. TATTOOS AREN'T COOL!!!
I never said I wanted a tattoo. I'm saying, if I person wants one, then he or she may get one. I've also met people that said they would have still gotten a tattoo if they had a second chance. So not everyone regrets them. I'm old enough to get a tattoo, but I don't want one and I don't have any. So you don't have to call me immature and undeveloped.
