Should Biden submit himself to a transparent cognitive test.

Biden commences many orations on one subject which, without explanation, soon merges into another altogether different topic and ends with a rendering of fractured up meaningless gobbledygook, and an inane smile.
It is common for Biden to leave the rostrum in a state of confusion not knowing where the exit is, which would almost certainly be the same route by which he entered. 
To detract from his state of mental chaos poor old senile Joe starts to shake hands with imaginary bystanders.

At this time of heightened international tension with a rabid, vindictive Putin on the lose, an expansionist China and an unpredictable North Korea we need a firm and stable hand at the helm.

Biden does not fulfill any of the criteria necessary to guide and lead us through these challenging times, neither at home nor internationally.

Biden and his corrupt Democrat Party have denied the American people their sense of pride and successfully instilled a feeling of self-loathing among our white population.

Biden is an unashamed RACIST and openly appoints people into senior positions based exclusively on the color of their skin and their gender.

On very rare occasions Biden gives his head a shake and temporarily clears the fog from his diseased mind.

When he peers through swirling mists of his muddled mentality and gets a glimpse of the smouldering remains he and his subversive DEMOCRAT puppet-masters have made of America he quickly retreats back into his protective shell of denial.
