The sport originated around 800BC, and has since then been a violent way for people to, well, be violent. Should it therefore be banned?

Boxing it is the very dangerous type of sport. First of all,boxing is bad for your health,because you take injures. Secondly,you may be die because of this injures. Boxing is far too violent and people get seriously injured doing it. Why can't you just train with an instructor in hand-to-hand combat instead of beating someone to a pulp? Boxing and football are two sports I don't understand and I personally think should be gone. By this day and age, I thought the barbaric times would be over, but apparently, I was wrong.
