Leaving or trolling if those are the only two options you feel are present, I agree with leaving. You're not a troll, you've admitted that in the argument with HellNo, and you seem to have made up your mind already on what you want to do.

Though for what it's worth, I enjoy seeing your debates and arguments around.

You mean, should you start trying to seriously debate?

Or, have you already hit troll phase?

No. Your debates are good but you should stop trying to win them just by making the wording obscure.

Where have you been? Ironic, you wanted Dana gone so bad, she goes and you can't find a reason to use the site any more. Lol 😉

Why is it that USAians can never use the word ironic correctly. haha :/

I have exams at the moment so I'm not in here so much. I achieved my aim of her getting permanently banned and I don't feel compulsed to have to reply to things on this site as I did with her!

It is largely how I interpret certain words differently than the norm that motivates me to debate at all. I have tried exhaustively defining terms at the start, and people just don't participate when I do that. At best someone will say If that's what you mean by X then I agree with you, but that's not how the word X is commonly understood. How can I argue against popular misconceptions that stem from semantic idiosyncrasies?

~to the norm.*

~People do "participate" just not in the way you wish for.

~You state people have "popular misconceptions" when it comes to the use of words, yet that has little to do with participation, or your own ability to debate seriously. And idiosyncrasies isn't really a word used when referring to the similar behaviour of a group of people. If anything, it is your own idiosyncrasies ( as you have made them the subject of your argument) that are getting in your way.

~ You also claim it is other peoples idiosyncrasies, while a moment before saying that you "interpret" words differently " than the norm". So again, which is it, theirs or your problem ‽

~Lastly, " how can I argue...." well, you seem to be doing a half way decent job of it so far, as you have been doing for some time. What's made you decide you can't anymore??

Stick with debating... you'd make a terrible troll.

In what way, debating or trolling? Debating.... there was really nothing to debate and you might as well just said I know you are but what am I. Trolling..... no way. My original argument to your debate was basically a troll and as predicted you took the bait. You called me dumb, my argument lame, and even tried to piss me off by suggesting I had a thing for Cartman.... none of which is your usual ammo. I got under your skin and you got trolled.

No, please continue your serious debates. We need to stay persistent and things will contiinue to get better.

If you've gotta ask "should I troll" the answer's no. I have troll accounts on other sites that are a little more busy than this, YT, and FB to name some, and one trolling must is that it simply must come naturally. If you have to think about it, you're trying to hard, and only trolling yourself.

Obvious lack of troll skills aside, stick to debating, this site needs people like you. There are so few debate creators, at least of any debates that even have anything worthy of debating on, so if you left, there'd probably be none.

Goddamit. All I want is recognition that I (at least once) beat a troll at their own game.

The fact that you think you can beat a troll, proves you're not capable of trolling.

True trolling, has no risks, and only has payoff. Payoff being any kind of reaction whatsoever. Only real way to win, is to not even play.

Trolls don't get trolled, you can bother them, but that's greater affirming that they bothered you. Since you felt the overwhelming desire to find a way to bother them back.
