Should PG graffiti on public property be legal?
I've been thinking about this for a while. Should pg (as in kids could look at it) graffiti, as long as it is on a public not private building or railcar, be legal. As it is just art on a wall, it usually makes it look nice, or cool. But understandably it is still vandalism. So should it be legal or not?
Yes, it isn't harming anyone

It is still vandalism. Unless you have expressed permission from the owner of said wall, you do not have the right to decorate it as you see fit. PG or not. I wouldn't want to go outside my business and find someone painted on it....in fact I'm still annoyed that someone from UPS saw fit to write my address number on the side of my house without my permission or knowledge. Side: No, it is still vandalism
