Should People Be Required To Explain Why They Down-Voted an Argument?
I've seen so many arguments that have been down-voted for seemingly no reason. I think if you want to down-vote an argument, you have to explain why. I mean come on, a simple "that's offensive" would even suffice.

This web site allows even ecourages "Bitch Move" activity. Voting secretly should be removed from create debate altogether. I mean it's like standing behind someone, kicking them in the ass and when the guy that was down voted looks around the one that kicked him is standing in a crowd of hundreds of people. Side: Yes!!

Often there's no reason to explain for the reason that most people use the down-vote option, unless they're trolling through down-voting. Most people down-vote because the statement was so idiotic that they couldn't be bothered to respond, but wish to let the person know they've made a poor argument. Awhile back CD didn't have the option to see who has down-voted, now we can go to someone's reward points and see if they down-voted and in what debate. Also they lose a point when the down-vote, unlike before. I think that is enough. If you're so curious, and have an idea of who has been down-voting, just go look at their reward points. And if it was them, then you can choose to confront them. Side: ...No
