Hello, Madina. nice to debate with you. To begin with, abortion should be banned, because according to statistics, there are 17 million people in our country. Moreover, we have 2,7 million km2 and these dates show that our country needs to have more citizens to be more successful and also there is big problem when government has a lot of territory, but there are few people. To improve economics, governmenr needs manpower. Nowadays if we consider situations in our society, it shouldn't be forgotten that Kazakhstan is one of the youngest republics, which needs people, who can add contribution to the future development. It's not about raped girls or diseased children what i'm talking about now. First of all, let's consider situations, when pregnancy occurs due to carelessness. It is generally agreed nowadays that every person should have an opportunity to do whatever he or she wants. But another case in these situations is people begin to forget that they should be responsible for their actions. According to Mohllajee (2007), girls should be more responsible nowadays and boys should be sure in their actions. Mohllajee also believes that people would try to understand that people's lives are like presents, and nobody can dispose other people's lives in irresponsible way. One should note here that everything nowadays becomes to be more personalized. I mean, nobody prefers other person to get into their bussiness. But it is undeniable that people shouldn't forget about morality and responsibility. Side: YES
This is all about responsiility. Do you agree with me? If the responsibility is in the society, people would know that to give a birth to children means to take care of a child. Moreover, according to Antoine de Saint-Exupery(1943), we are responsible for those who tamed. This phrase shows that gils should think twice, before taking steps like these. Babies help people to realize a lot of things in the world. After giving a birth to a child, people's valuables become to change. It's necessary to get benefits of all things. Giving a birth can change family's lives and moreover, it can be like a motivation to get success. If pregnancy becomes after carelessness it doesn't mean that the best key to solution is abortion. People get used to go in simple way, sometimes forget about other different ways, which can be more difficult. Abortion means to resort to easy solutions and forget duties. Hello Ayaulym. Yea i know our statistics and i also know that Kazakhstan is one of the youngest republics, but this thing is not about government, it's about personal life. Each person in our country is free and can do whatever he or she wants. For instance the girl was raped and so it turned out that she became pregnant what should she do in such situation? will our government help her? No. Or doctor said that the baby is not normal, so what's the reason to bring this poor child to this world? It will not help us. Side: NO!

Okay, well let's take this situation when pregnancy occurs due to carelessness. We all know that nowadays people have sexual intercourse since 14 years old or maybe 16, and this is fact. and when this girl becomes pregnant, what will she do? tell her mom? alright she tells her and what's next? she is going to give a birth and live with this child? no they just do an abortion, but wait abortion is banned, so it's not a problem we just throw him to orphanage. There are too many such children in our country, and i can't say that they have a bright future. And i believe that every live is like present, and nobody can dispose other people's lives in irresponsible way, but can you imagine what person he becomes in such situation without anyone? and why it's not about raped girls or diseased children? women do an abortion in such cases. one must think about what will happen if abortion is banned. If something is banned, is it completely gone? Abortion is illegal so girl/women has to go to some old lady in the trailer park or do it herself with a coat hangar, either way she will end up with a disease. nothing will stop people from doing something they want. It's nature. If abortion will be banned it will not change people's thoughts. They will stay the same, and who will suffer? of course this poor children. Moreover our world's population is increasing faster than ever. we need to keep our resources. And the main people that want abortions are usually careless people or rape victims. Most families would either be able to take care of the child or be courteous enough to put the baby up for adoption. Side: NO!

Does a woman have the right to an abortion under the U.S. Constitution? If someone is a strict constructionist who interprets the Constitution word for word, the sanction for abortion is given under the Fourteenth Amendment.
The Fourteenth Amendment of our U.S. Constitution defines a citizen “a citizen” at birth. If a woman is carrying a fetus in the womb, the U.S. Constitution does not designate the fetus as “a citizen.” It would take an amendment to the U.S. Constitution to declare a fetus a citizen. You have to be born in order to be recognized as a citizen. Therefore, a woman does have the right to choose. A fetus inside the womb is not designated as a citizen according to the U.S. Constitution so by default is not entitled to life, liberty, or prosperity. You have to be born in order to be endowed with those privileges. To conclude, neither the Federal government nor any of the States can deny a woman the right to choose.
If abortion is murder, abortion would have been terminated years ago due to the cruel and unusual punishment clause under the Eighth Amendment. Again, proof that a fetus is not recognized as a citizen of the United States of America. Side: NO!
