Should all those who interact with the public have to display proof of covid vax

Everyone, but everyone, who is in direct contact with the public, i.e., hospitality workers, medical staff, public servants, including cops etc., should be required to wear a standardized, prominent and easily recognizable insignia showing that they have received the recommended dosage of anti-covid-19 vaccine.
The downside with that requirement being made mandatory is that in the main it is only the brainless shitheads who see Coronavirus as a global conspiracy and as the greatest sector of the population that believes this bullshit are Blacks such an inclusion in employee's ''condition of employment'' would have the loony-lefties, the woke brigade, the cancel-culturists and the anti-whites bellowing;- RAAAAAAAAYCISM. 
You just cannot win.

If those people whose job necessitates them interacting face-to-face with the general public refuse to be vaccinated against the deadly covid-19 pandemic then they should be summarily dismissed.

No ifs, no buts and no non-medical exceptions.

But we must be aware that those who have been vaccinated can still contract covid-19 and the unvaxxed are significantly more likely to become infected and pass the disease on to both the vaxxed and unvaxxed.

The simple minded right-wingers who are influenced by the likes of the anti-vaxxer Tucker Carlson are spreading the NO VAX message thus prolonging the cases of infection and the keeping the death rate higher than it otherwise would be.

Whilst the mindless stupidity of the anti-vaxxers is clearly prevalent within the ranks of the right-wingers it is THE BONGO and the LOONY-LEFTIES who present the greatest retardation of the defeat of this death-dealing Chinese disease.
