Should blacks have have their own separate ''special-needs'' voting dates?

Blacks have demonstrated on multiple occasions that they cannot fill out forms requesting such complicated details as;- their name, address, D.OB., and gender.
If blacks were designated different dates and polling station venues to cast their votes they could have access to professionally qualified counsellors who could offer guidance to this sector of intellectually challenged voters  on how to record the required information.

If blacks can't or won't fill out the pre-polling forms showing the required information it would be only fair that their impaired cognition abilities is compensated for by having the services of special advisors made available to them.

This exceptional, and unique black only consideration should neutralize allegations of RACISM once and for all.

According to Excon, black people are incapable of waiting in lines to vote. He feels that black people must be handed out water and food in order to incentivize them to stay in polling lines. Excon also feels that black people are incapable of registering to vote before Election Day. And finally, Excon, believes that black people are unable to acquire basic identification cards.

Assuming that blacks do not fill out pre-election registration documents due to their inability to do so strengthens the case for them to be extended special dispensation and allowed to vote separately from the rest of the electorate as well as having access to specialist qualified, licenced, duly appointed counsellors.

This way they could be guided by professional advisors and provided with light refreshments to help them through the mental and physical ordeal which the traumatic voting process seems to cause them.

Let's be mindful of our black brother's special-needs condition and be magnanimous by giving them them some guidance to help them over the hurdles of adhering to the polling procedures which are common-place throughout the democracies of the free world.

Those who have slipped through our system of education without the literacy skills necessary to write their own name should not be denied the right to vote.

In this context it would be reasonable that such unfortunates be placed into a special category that provided discreet and sensitive assistance on the day they have been allocated to cast their votes.
