Yes, if its in the context of earning money. Good thing to learn early.

Yes , becauss , the lazy children will get a motivation to do work they never did at the cost of recieving rewards. They also will learn the hardships of earning money as when they do something wrong they will recieve the money accordingly.

The children should be given monetary rewards for doing household works.Firstly it will teach the child money management which is very important to become a successful person in life. Secondly, it is an excellent example to show that for good works we get rewards and for bad works we get no reward. Thirdly, the child will be forced to perform that activity in greed of the money he will be getting for it.Then; it will add a financial responsibility to their life which will help them prepare for the future.

According to me it would be yes as well as no . Yes, because it helps a child to tackle with certain works in early age and make him/her responsible . It also helps us to know that monetary awards will be given only we work and how to earn and spend money

YES, children should be given monetary rewards for doing household works. As it encourages even the lazy children to work and deal with hardships.Additionally,it will teach children money management at a very early age.Even, they learn to save.Lastly, children get real life experience at home itself.

I think its both yes and no.. No because the feeling of helpfulness in a child's heart, without a greed of a reward, is hampered as, everything they do they will always ask "whats in there for me..?" And somehow they will become egoistic..

I agree with you that as it would make them greedy and in a habit of doing every household chores or some other work for money only

not from their heart...

Side: No

No because children will develop a negative thinking that if you favour someone you will get prizes . Children may even

get more and more greedy and may fail to help others in problem

I don't think children should be given money to do simple household chores. To give money would be spoiling, in my opinion. Household chores are BASIC and SIMPLE. They don't necessarily require that much effort on the child's part. A child SHOULD be doing basic household chores in order to HELP their parent(s) without any monetary rewards.

In my case, I have two loving parents who have worked hard to raise me, paid all the bills, bought me things I've wanted etc. What kind of son would I be if I asked for money in return for a mere household chore? My parents are not exactly the richest in the world and their appreciation for me helping out with a chore is enough.

Kids these days have access to all sorts of gadgets and I just think it's extremely selfish to ask for a monetary reward for something so minor.
