This one is hard. I do think that they should be allowed to test products on animals, as long as there is sufficient computer generated data that says that the product has no negative side effects, the animals have well maintained and comfortable living spaces, and that is is strictly regulated by the government. Side: Yes, they should.

it took me sometime to make up my mind. woah! this is a hard debate but in my defense thanks to the sacrifice of some animals, have saved lives of hundreds of thousands of people. you know its better then hunting animals down for fun discovery needs experimentation. we are not hunting animals but using them to save lives and end treacherous diseases Side: Yes, they should.

This is a difficult one to say yes or no to without caveats. I don't believe they should be testing non-essential things like cosmetics on animals. I do believe things like medicines should be though. As cold as it sounds, I would rather test the chances of medicines having an adverse affect on a living creature on an animal then say...my child. Side: Yes, they should.

It is unethical and inhumane to cage animals in labs with the sole purpose of using experimental products that could lead to their suffering. Animals are used because they are biologically similar to humans. Let's take rats for example, yes we humans are similar to them and this somehow permits us to use them as...well,lab rats, with the notion that if the product does not affect the rats negatively then it is safe for us humans. the FDA's statistics state that only 8 percent of drugs that are tested and screened have the chance of reaching the market. With such high percentage of failures, it is unwise to trust those 8 percent that reach the market. Side: No, they shouldn't.

I don't want to make things very complicated so here this goes. Guys, why bother testing it on animals of humans are the ones using it?. Why let these normal, endangered, mistreated, and mostly killed animals suffer everything that we humans always created. I'm fine letting tests on animals that are very overpopulated that it covers the entire world with it's type of species. Like rats, mouse etc.( even though I still felt guilt using them in every lab). Guys, the answers are already right on our face and we still ignore it for christs sake. Side: No, they shouldn't.
