Should racial profiling be acceptable practice in the fight against crime?

Why is it deemed good practice when used at airports but immoral when used otherwise?

Wiki.......

Airport racial profiling in the United States is U.S. government activity directed at a suspect or group of suspects because of their race or ethnicity. Under analysis Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, objective factors measure whether law enforcement action is constitutional, and under the Fourteenth Amendment challenges to the practice are assessed under the customary strict scrutiny test for racial classifications.[1]

Since September 11, 2001, there have been reports on increases in racial profiling at airports, particularly targeting people who appear to be Muslim or of Middle Eastern descent. It has been a routine practice by law enforcement officials to stop individuals who are profiled because of their race and religious and ethnic appearance or who may appear to be "suspicious".[2]

What a pile of typically interminable bullshit

No valid response from you, per our usual arrangement.

Better luck next time.

You're incapable of evaluating what's valid or not regarding responses , anyone who posts comments such as " the persistent present "is a pretentious twat

I've never needed " luck " whipping you as you always beat yourself by totally contradicting your own bullshit every time

Just chalk it down to yet another defeat for you a pattern that will not change anytime soon

It only became necessary to explain that the present persists because I was dealing with a retard who thinks it’s clever to say that “there is nothing but the present” but at the same time, “the present is gone”.

No matter how many times at least three gaping holes in your position all you can say is “you’ve never answered”.

I’ve been talking to someone who literally looks at an article about 6 month infants comprehending quantity difference and determines “babies are born knowing math!” Sure dumbass, right along with their name which they respond to.

You are too fucking thick to grasp this simple point, that your position that “the entire future is entirely unknowable”, derives from the fact that some of the future is unknowable, which makes your position an INDUCTION! And not a valid one you fucking moron.

Hey, did it ever occur to you that it is circular to validate validity? Well, I suppose validity is now irrational. Oh wait, can you rationalize rationality? No?! Then it’s not valid?! OH THE NIHILISM!!

Hello J:

Nahhh....

The 4th Amendment says that cops NEED probable cause to search someone.. Having black skin is NOT probable cause..

The 14th Amendment says that everyone is equal under the law.. Picking someone out of a crowd FOR police activity, BECAUSE of his race, makes him VERY unequal..

Unless the suspect had black skin.

Unless he matches the discription of the suspect.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
