Should rape victims be FORCED to endure 9 months of Hell, and give birth? I would prefer a baby not lose its life, and that the choice be made quickly before much development, but this is an extreme case where the mother should have the right to make the hard choice. Hopefully she would feel obligated to choose before the baby began serious growth. Side: No.

I believe that the only person who has the right to decide whether or not to terminate a pregnancy is the expectant mother. If she decides to end the pregnancy, for whatever reason, then, providing the termination is carried out within the legal time parameters she should have access to professional medical care and psychiatric counselling. WHAT THE SMUG SANCTIMONIOUS LEGISLATORS HAVE CONVENIENTLY OVERLOOKED IS THAT SUCH A DRACONIAN LAW WILL FORCE COUNTLESS FEMALES TO SEEK TERMINATIONS FROM BACK STREET ABORTIONISTS. These criminals will butcher the female's internal reproductive organs thus rendering her infertile and unable to conceive at a future date. Of course those AWFULLY NICE AND VIRTUOUS PURITAN LAW MAKERS will wash their hands of this inhuman downside of their iron fisted authoritarianism. Side: No.
