Should students have to go outside for recess, regardless of the weather?
Recess is a student's favourite time of the day: a nice break from all the school work. So what happens when it's summer time and it's +30 degrees... or when it's winter and it's -30... Or even the spring with all that RAIN! Do students REALLY have to go outside? Are you serious?

Absolutely not. Yes if the weather permits they should go outside but if the weather is not permitting it then they need to stay in. That's just how the world works, you don't always get something you want. Believe me, I WANT my children to play outside, but if it's not safe for them or the weather is too extreme then they are staying in and we'll have play time indoors. Side: They should not go outside.
