If teenage sex affects you late on in life according to the study below, then yes. I for one am not for dysfunctional adults walking around who get ticked off quite easily. Side: Yes

This has nothing to do with any of my beliefs so please refrain from saying anything or I will ban you because it seems you always try to say something about my God in every debate that I have made. State your own opinion on the topic and stay on topic or else you'll get banned from my debates. Side: Yes
No. Sex between minors should not be a criminal offence. It harms no one and they should not fear experimenting for fear of being labelled a sex offender. In the USA, I believe, any employer would have a right to see such convictions and having "unlawful sex with a minor" on your record would look terrible. Side: No
Neither, let the little shits procreate and when they are struggling to bring up the baby, refuse to give them any support of benefits. LETS SEE HOW SMART YOU ARE NOW YOU ALCOHOLIC 16 YEAR OLD BITCH! But more needs to be done to help these poor teens, struggling to bring up their children, often on their own, the government needs to invest money in to supporting teenagers with babies, the poor dears... Kids shouldn't be because: 1.They're just kids 2.They probably haven't got the money 3.It's their choice imho The parent's shouldn't because 1.It's not there fault their kid had sex 2.They may not even know that the kid was doing it. Also very few people get caught having sex as they do it in private. Side: No
