Insofar that Blacks cannot help themselves there is little or no chance of The Bongo helping anyone else. I guess if we appreciate that The Bongos perceive themselves as life's permanent poor downtrodden underdogs and that such an act of humane magnanimity would spoil this well cultivated image we would know that this is never going to happen.
