yes...the moral fact is, your reason for carrying out the death penalty is no better than the accused reasons for doing what ever they did.

your only goal should be to keep the person from ever committing such evil acts again WITHOUT stooping down to their level.

yes the system is totally fucked...and should be completely modified. i love the way they refer to it in america as "corrections"

if i were in charge, id make every prisoner do some kind of job (in their cell) for their room & board...they would be kept in a cage the entire time of their sentence...no socializing with other inmates...no chance of coming in contact with guards

if they dont work, they dont get fed or electricity/light, toilet paper.

if they piss and shit on the floor...make them live with it. if they refuse to work and die from starvation...so be it. id even go as far to say no medical attention for any inmate unless they can pay for it with their prison dollars earned from making stuffed animals/or what ever.
