Voting should be straight forward, fair and legal. A pre-voting electoral form/questionnaire should be completed some months prior to any proposed election by all those wishing to cast their vote so they can be included ( OR EXCLUDED) on the electoral register and provided with their government issued unique ballot card and electoral PIN. It should be a pre-requisite that the individual's PIN, ballot card along with bone-fide I D, i.e., driving licence, passport, or some other such acceptable document, are all presented at the voting station on the day of voting. THIS IS THE SIMPLE ELECTION PROCEDURE USED BY ALMOST ALL ADVANCED WESTERN COUNTRIES. What you're stating here is that the average American is a dumb shit, (and significantly dumber than his/her European counterpart,) who is incapable of filling out a simple form showing name, address, D.O.B., and social security number. Guidance notes could be provided for those who have a head full of mad-dog's shit instead of brains. It should be made clear to all potential voters that;-YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO VOTE IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE ELECTORAL REGISTER. You're also inferring that we do not have the executive capability to process the returned electoral questionnaires and issue the appropriate documents to potential voters. Evidence of identity of the elector is an absolute necessity in order to help avoid fraudulent votes being included in the results. Due to some serious irregularities in the recent Presidential election confidence in the democratic process in America has been seriously eroded. EVERY EFFORT MUST BE MADE TO REDUCE ( it will never be eliminated) CHEATING AND FRAUD IN THE DEMOCRATIC PROCEDURES OF THE NATION.
