Should we ban homework?
I am tired carrying hard book, hurting my back, and staying up late till 11:00 and when you hand it in teachers dont even check and yell at you when it is not brung in on the right time

Homework is rarely important for the student. What has an impact on your grades is the studying/revision that you do by yourself of your own accord. A lot of homework I get is just pointless rubbish that is just for the sake of it. The only benefit of homework is that the teacher can see how well you understand the work but they could just tell that by looking at work down in class. Side: Home needs to end
Yes because homework is too much I come home everytime spending and wasting study time. People on the other side will say they got scientific proof. That proof is invalid and it is invalid. How do scientist know our body? Home work is stupid all it does is do the opposite of what it was suppose to do. They say homework increases grades. The theory behind homework is that with practice of the newly learned criteria the student will retain more information than a student that doesn't practice the criteria. I would agree and say that someone can only get better at something with practice. Side: Homework shall not be banned
Homework has been around for many ages and still homework makes us get bad grades look here. I got a 65 on a project in social studies I got a 0 on 1 homework I got another 0 And look at my grade, I would've passed my subject unless the homework didn't come in my way. Also some children in my class are very smart and they get homewwokr. The teacher gives out so much and than later on those children are getting bad grades and when I asked then they said the majority of homeowork caused that grade. No listen up children who do homework have the same grades as children who do not do the homework. Also homework has been around for ages and children begin to fail classes. Also the only thing homework is good for is when the teacher is able to see how ur doing but any person or teacher could see judging by your classwork or pretest. If homework was banned, let's face it, we would be stupid Homework has been around for many decades and ignorant people still exist. It seems to me that it has done very few for our literacy. homework gives us a chance to express ourselves While I can see how this would hold true for some classes, solving integrals and calculating how many moles of hydrogen are there in 10.8 grams of water is hardly artistic. If anything it is a burden for many students. regain information from school You got me there, though I must point out that homework's helpfulness has been subject to controversy. keep us us from being bored ... and give teachers a chance to evaluate us individually That's what tests are for.
