Pretty much if you care about the existence of the lowlands (New York City, Florida, New Orleans) or whether or not the earth will be comfortably inhabitable in the next century like it has been for the last billion or so, than yes you should care more for the environment. If not, I strongly suggest you buy land in Kansas where the beaches will be nice. Side: Yes, we should.
Technology is getting better time by time, but we can see almost all of the technology give some kind of bad impact for the environment. There are so many people who use this kind of science and technology in a wrong way, nuclear for example. The main purpose of nuclear is to solve the crisis of energy, but we can see there are so many party that use this kind of nuclear as a weapon. Moreover, even we use nuclear in a right way to solve energy's problem, it's still possible that we will have a broken nuclear reactor, and we all know that nuclear effect is just not bad for human, but also for the environment. That's why i do believe that we must care more for the environment if we still want to live in our beloved earth. Side: Yes, we should.
The environment supports us and helps us carry out our normal lives everyday although we give a little thought towards it because most of us think that the environment won't be harmed no matter what, although this has changed as more people became educated. Still we should take care of the environment in order to achieve a bright and peaceful future. Side: Yes, we should.

Nah. We're apart of the environment. Like every plant, like every other animal, like every biotic and abiotic factor we are just nature. Nothing we do can harm it, truly. All we are doing is making it adhere to us, and if in the process we make it uninhabitable to us it will go on living without us. From then it will either adapt back to the way it was before us, or accept the changes and continue to grow better as a unit, destroying anything that can't cope with it, and benefiting things that can. People often think they are the ruler of this planet, when in actuality this planet is our ruler. It is stronger, faster, better, and in a way smarter than us. We will not destroy it, if we keep tempting it it will destroy us. There's no need to care for the environment because it will work things out on it's own, that's like feeding a wild tiger who can hunt, or watering a wild fern that can still be reached by rain. Side: No need.
