The idea behind smartphones is the unification of media like cameras, MP3 devices, file managers, web browsing abilities and, of course, telecommunication. Since when was the previous model of the iPhone, for example, not enough? Are the new features worth buying the latest phone for? I don't think so. Side: NO
Does keeping an iPhone 3S sound pleasing to you? Besides, there are other versions of smartphones you can purchase. The web browsing accessibility improves as you experience various mobile tech. I am going to assume you know a bit about Samsung's mobile phones. Do you think that the S5 is better than the S3? Why do you believe this? Moreover, do you think that the company would discontinue such a popular and completely user-friendly mobile phone? Since when does updating a smartphone mean bad things? The iPhone has lasted for over ten years. Since the first one, we have developed applications, browsers, touch screen gestures, AI, lighting adjustment, hardware improvement, dialing, messaging, and vice versa. There is no need to stop at one stage in a phone's development until the demand for a new version has, essentially, declined. Side: YES

I don't even have a phone and when I do get one. I will just get a traditional flip phone with calling. I don't need apps or a web browser on my phone because you can always look on the computer for things to check out. Plus, I'm a patient person so I can wait until I get home to get on the computer unlike some people at my school who are always glued to their phones. If I can go the whole day in school without going on the computer than so can people with their modern day phones. Side: NO

Do not mistake your opinions for your facts. Your flip phone will most likely have an extra update for quicker connection speeds and clearer audio. Each phone in this generation has been an upgrade of at least one other phone. There is literally no such thing as an old phone anymore (if you are around your teens or are in college). The "oldest" phone you will think is old will just be an upgraded flip phone, possibly from Verizon. To be a patient person means to first recognize your phone needs slight revisions and that you need to take time out of your schedule to support it. That is very much what a patient person is. Secondly, the fact that you can go through a day in school without using your computer simply tells us that you do not use your computer OR your phone, perhaps some other thing. What is that other thing? Could it be a television? An Xbox? A PlayStation? DS? Game Boy? Side: YES
