There is no exact time or age for people to get married. Female or male it does not matter when you will get married or will you rather choose career than marriage. In order to succeed people work hard, build strong career, that's why they forget about marriage. People strongly believe that good job, career means good salary,which means less worries. Women who want to have good life, and allow themselves expensive things have to work, so they can buy it. Side: Career
If you've found someone who you want to marry, and you're so sure you're going to marry them and spend the REST OF YOUR LIVES TOGETHER, then why rush it? If you're so sure, why get married NOW? You can take care of securing a successful life, in a career that makes you happy, THEN you can marry whoever you feel deserves it. Side: Career

There isn't really one right answer to that. It all depends on what her goals are, what she wants out of life. We have really become career-worshippers in our culture, which is really unhealthy IMO. I took an entirely retirement and I've never been happier. I don't think a career is everything it's cracked up to be. Side: get married
