Skill-Skills or Skills-Skill?

In forming and/or managing a business, what should we possess -- a single skill that can be improved to have skills or a lot of skills in order to gain a single skill?

Hmm... I'm a little... off... on this question.

Depends. If I'm in the position that I have people under me, I would want to know as much as I can about any job that I make them do under my position so if there is an emergency I can help.

But if I'm a wielder or something of that nature and I'm under someone. I would want to be the best in wielding so I can advance and get paid more.

Who gives a crap? This is why I am not a business major. I refuse to waste my time pondering stupid questions like this.

It's actually a good question and a common sense one at that.

I think having a single skill that can be advanced as a business progresses is all that is necessary.

Would skill-skills coz it's like hitting two birds with one stone.

Plus, skills-skill just take too much time and effort, atleast skill-skills could be more easier and at the same time productive, we don't have to put hard on ourself anyway.
