Skill-Skills or Skills-Skill?
In forming and/or managing a business, what should we possess -- a single skill that can be improved to have skills or a lot of skills in order to gain a single skill?
Hmm... I'm a little... off... on this question. Depends. If I'm in the position that I have people under me, I would want to know as much as I can about any job that I make them do under my position so if there is an emergency I can help. But if I'm a wielder or something of that nature and I'm under someone. I would want to be the best in wielding so I can advance and get paid more. 1
