God does exist. Millions and millions of people can't be wrong. People have believed in God since the dawn of time, about three thousand years ago. We're not related to monkeys. I have no monkey aunties or uncles, and I've never heard of anyone who did. This can't be some terrible family secret that EVERY family has managed to keep?? Man was created in Gods image, it says so in the bible. Side: Yes (for the Atheists)

Everything that exists has a cause. The universe began to exist. Therfore it has a cause. This cause is automatically god by default because, cmon, what else would it be? Also something about morality. More baseless assertions Ark Kinds Genesis The bible says... Insert Fallacy Here. Side: Yes (for the Atheists)
As a medical student I study things about the body that are incredibly complex. How molecules arrangement themselves perfectly to fulfil their function. How the brain works to create feelings such as love. These things must be made my an intelligent designer. Everything else in the universe moves towards chaos. A human in incredibly complex and reproduces at a rate much slower than a single celled organism. Why have humans evolved to be so complex if not for God? Side: Yes (for the Atheists)

The problem with trying to go devil's advocate for a topic such as this, for me anyway, is that with most topics I get why their is an opposition. With this, I don't really see it so well, it's never been explained well enough to me for me to believe it makes any inkling of sense. Had to get my rant out of the way :D There may be a God, their may not be. Their most likely is though. Their is no explanation for how humanity, or even matter in he first place got here at all. No answer except for God that is. Obviously their is the big bang that atheists love to cling to so drastically, but I simply ask what set that in motion? Is it not true that according to the rules of physics (rules that atheists love and often quote) that an object at rest will stay at rest until acted upon by an outside force? Well if that law of yours is true, then you've basically admitted something must have been their for the big bang to even begin in the first place. Side: Yes (for the Atheists)

God is by definition, the Creator. Science points to the big bang, the bible points to the statement "Let there be light". Science has no method to reach beyond the big bang theory, but the bible gave the answer long before man even understood the nature of the sentence or of light. Side: Yes (for the Atheists)

All the mysteries of the world have been chalked up to God or the Gods since man began to wonder. Now that man has a method to explain the world around him, the role of God shrinks. Those who hold to the notion of God are simply afraid of what scientist state openly, that we don't know everything. There will always be unknown, so there will always be a God, but only in the minds of the timid. Side: No (for the devout)
