Often, specialized restaurants are better, because they provide depth in a single cuisine. This often leads to dished that are more authentic and perfected over time This goes for buffets also. in my dine outs to buffets and specialized restaurants, buffets were the best in every aspect. Side: No, buffets are better
It depends where. Generally, the specialized restaurants can, well, specialize. Often in buffets, they want to keep the food coming, so they don't worry too much on being picky. This can always be different. In buffets, people eat more, which is unhealthy. Generally, you eat less at a specialized place. This is all general information. Side: Yes, specialized are better

Nope. Specialized restaurants definitely prevail. In buffets, everyone is touching the food, regardless if there are utensils to pick up the food and place it on your plate. There are always those people who don't wash their hands, have disease, or sneeze on the food. It's just plain disgusting. I'd rather have a chef make my food than choose from bowls that everyone chooses from. Side: Yes, specialized are better

Without the factors of price, customers, etc, Specialized Restaurants are much better than Buffets. The food at Buffets is often rushed when being cooked while at specialized restaurants the ingredients are top of the line and is cooked with higher end materials and products that haven't been overused. Let's say the food has not been rushed, Buffets still don't have the high end foods that specialized restaurants have. Side: Yes, specialized are better
Ladies and Gentlemen, not to boast of being Italian, but trust me: i went to Ireland, France, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Slovenia! Despite their attractions and peculiarities, which often astonished me (Paris, for exemple), what i most missed in all these countries, in all these travels, is food: if u have never been to Italy, and u never tried Bologna's couisine, then you, rightly, cannot understand: buffets, whatever fake restaurant (abroad, restaurants dont exist) cook them, they are nothing compared to a real Pasta dish: pasta is not what you eat aborad, that is, often, overcooked mash-i-dont-know-what. Seriously, i dont wanna sound nationalistic, but there is no way: Buffets are nothing compared to real Restaurants. Side: Yes, specialized are better

Buffets, all you can eat, variety of food, ice creat, and.... that good salad... Sorry I need to snap out of it. Buffets offer a variety of choice with about all you can eat. However, the downside is that buffets tend to be more "unclean" because alot of people are touching that spoon and God knows where that person has been. Specialized restaurants tend to be cleaner and the food is fresh, unlike buffets when the food could be sitting out for awhile. Personally, I rather eat at a buffet, however, don't talk about how dirty it is then I won't eat there. Side: No, buffets are better
Personally, I believe that buffets are better than specialized restaurants. Buffets seem to have more choices to choose from but some buffets arent really that good. There are some buffets that dont have that many choices to choose from thats the only way that specialized restaurants would be better than buffets. Side: No, buffets are better
