How do you recognize systematic racism? Do you feel that the Democrats have the ability to change people's deep rooted opinions and fear of black violence? How should they go about resolving ''the black problem''? Have you bothered to find out the percentage of blacks in the cities to which you refer and compared them with black crime figures?
Why do you think it is that when the infestation of blacks goes above a certain percentage we experience white flight along with their businesses, know how and wherewithal? Side: I seen it that one time
Laws may mask the thin veneer of racism in the world's multi-cultural societies but they will never develop a genuine attitude of equality among whites and certainly will not improve anything for the blacks. Blacks must become absorbed into the white man's world, adopt his social habits and work ethic, depart from a life of violent crime and then, and only then will we be at the start of the long road to racial harmony. But you presented a good post which contained a lot of truth and commonsense. Side: I seen it that one time

No. But laws aren't written to change minds.. They're written to change behavior. Maybe minds will follow. Maybe not. Cool. So why are Democrats systematically oppressing blacks in their cities, creating blacks only graduations and dorms and getting rid of Uncle Tom and Aunt Jemima? Why are they putting blacks back into a position of segregation and a lack of represntatives as company slogan icons? Do tell. Side: I seen it that one time
